A FREE PRACTICE FROM ARIEL SZABO & RAHI CHUN

There are two
real reasons
sex stops
feeling good.

Neither of them is that something is wrong with you. A free 10‑minute audio, and a practice you can do tonight with your partner beside you or entirely on your own.

Where Should We Send Our Gift?

It arrives within two minutes. No cost.

We'll send you the audio, then a short series of notes about this work. You can leave any time, and we'll never share your email with anyone. What you're exploring is yours.

Why sex isn't feeling good,
and the two real reasons underneath.

1

Your nervous system is answering a different question

Beneath everything, your body is asking whether it's safe. When the answer wavers, it moves into fight, flight, freeze, or the one almost nobody names: fawn. Accommodating. Performing. Going along with it. From the outside it looks like closeness. Inside, you've left the room.

2

The script you were handed has a finish line

Almost all of us inherited a definition of sex that's measured by whether you arrive. When sex is defined by a result, the body becomes a performance instrument instead of a place you live. And a finish line is exactly what recruits the fawn response. Pressure to deliver is what teaches a nervous system to leave.

IN THE DAYS THAT FOLLOW, YOU'LL ALSO RECEIVE…

Two more gifts, also free.

The audio isn't the whole gift. Over the following days we'll send you two short videos. The framework underneath everything we teach, and the single practice couples name most often as the moment something shifted. They arrive by email, one at a time, with room to try each before the next.

The 8 Pillars of Intimacy

Slowing Down. Pausing. Noticing. Accepting. Trusting. Valuing. Attuning. Communicating.
Notice what isn't on that list: nothing about performance, nothing about getting it right. Ariel built this framework, and it's the foundation the whole course stands on.

The Holding Practice

One of you shares something that's been weighing on you. The other simply holds it, without fixing, without advising, without trying to make it better.
Most of us have been helped, managed and problem-solved, but rarely just held. Several of our couples point to this exact practice as the turn.

THE FRAMEWORK IN 8 WORDS

Slowing Down • Pausing • Noticing • Accepting •Trusting • Valuing • Attuning • Communicating

This practice is perfect for …

  • Couples who love each other and can feel that something is missing.
  • Couples whose intimacy is already good, and who sense there's more.
  • Anyone practicing alone, preparing to meet someone differently. The solo path is built in, not bolted on.

““As someone healing from childhood sexual trauma, I joined the course alone and felt apprehensive at first. Ariel and Rahi fostered a space that felt safe and supportive through their gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable approach.”

“Rahi and Ariel are a sex therapy dream team. Rahi made us feel safe in ways that I never knew I deserved, and his continued, gentle guidance sets us at ease as we go on our journey. Ariel is knowledgeable, yet never imposing. She is like a companion who has walked the road before us, and eager to point the way. We feel very comforted by her gentle presence…”

““I'm a woman in my 70s. I wish the entire world took this course, preferably before they reach my age. Better late than never.”

WHO WE ARE

Rahi Chun

is a somatic sex educator, sexological bodyworker, and an internationally recognized authority in genital de-armoring.  He was born with severely crooked legs, and his mother massaged them straight over the course of his first years. That early proof that a body reorganizes through loving touch became the foundation of his practice. He developed the Six Adult Intimacy Engagements, a framework for repairing relational rupture, and teaches sexuality professionals worldwide through The 3 Keys to Genital De-armoring, his online, live, and certification trainings.  He hosts the podcast Your Body Remembers Pleasure

Ariel Szabo

is a somatic sex educator, sexological bodyworker and plant medicine practitioner.  She went from a numb, armored body to one fully alive, and that transformation became the foundation underlying everything she now teaches.  She has spent years studying sexuality and Western approaches to trauma and the nervous system, alongside master plant dietas and learning from Shipibo wisdom-keepers in Peru.  She developed The 8 Pillars of Intimacy™ and writes about sexuality, power and liberation at The Erotic Frontier.

We met as peers in this field, and we now live, create and teach together. Everything we teach comes from our own practice, including the ruptures, and the repairs.
